Start with the smallest suitable ear tip and only increase the size if the earphone does not fit securely or fails to provide sufficient isolation. An ear tip that is too large can cause pressure and negatively affect the fit. For maximum isolation, the ear tips must create a proper seal. Foam ear tips should be gently compressed before insertion so that they can expand inside the ear canal and provide an optimal seal.
The DT 30 IE can be used with devices featuring a 3.5 mm jack output. With an optional 6.35 mm adapter, it can also be connected to compatible headphone outputs, mixing consoles or bodypack systems.
